1 First-Time,We Want to Think About What Users Want.

Years ago, when there was no slamming trailer, the 80-year-old Luo opened a service station, mainly for trailers, providing maintenance services, especially four-wheel positioning. Luo Xiang also ordered a trailer and intends to get involved in the transportation industry.
“Ordering a trailer, it took more than a month to get the goods, but the quality is not satisfactory.” Recalling the situation of the year, Luo Xiang’s memory is still fresh: “In 2009, the domestic trailer production capacity was limited, and the product quality was uneven. 2 Cost sales, Establish a Good Reputation

Light said that he did not practice the fake style, Luo Xiang and his slamming trailer dare to dare to do it! At the beginning of the venture, the slamming trailer was just a small workshop. It was not very famous and had no customer base, but it put the quality of the products in the first place. “At that time, the semi-trailer products were highly homogenized. Most manufacturers rely on low prices to occupy the market, and the quality of the products cannot be guaranteed.” Luo Xiang told the truck house that his original intention was to break this unhealthy situation.

It’s not easy to change the three feet of freezing. Due to fierce competition in the industry and the fact that the factory has just started, users are not recognized for the slamming trailer. Therefore, Luo Xiang proposed the “cost sales” business plan. “If you want to change the market, you must start with the users, change their ideas and let them use good products.”

However, in the “cost sales” one year, the loss of the trailer was more than 200,000 yuan, and the company has already been heavily in debt. However, fortunately, the sound of always clamoring for “making a good trailer” has survived the difficult years. That year, the company sold dozens of trailers.

The sales volume of dozens of units is not comparable to the current annual sales of 13,000, but it is the first few dozen cars that have won the reputation of users.

3 Withstand the High Price of the Price, Do the Technology

Before and after 2011, the marketing network was underdeveloped, and most of the trailer factories were focusing on the local market. As the saying goes, the tree is big. The slamming trailer has emerged in the industry with its reliability and high quality, which has also attracted the suppression of its peers.
“Several local trailer factories formed an alliance to concentrate on purchasing parts and reduce the selling price by 8,000 yuan. They are ready to hit the low-cost marketing strategy again,” Luo Xiang recalls. However, the slamming trailer did not let the opponent take the nose. “It’s better to insist on the quality of the product than to fight the price!”

As early as the beginning of the factory, the sound of trailers saw the development prospect of “lightweight”. After years of development, the company has never forgotten its original heart. In 2011, the first economical and practical double-alloy trailer was awarded the national patent, which marked that China’s aluminum alloy trailers really entered the practical stage from the concept stage.

Subsequently, the buzzing sounds hard on the “heart” of the trailer – the girders. National patents such as “Big Beam Variable Section Design”, “Girder Reinforcement Device – Stress Relief Design”, “Girder Heterotropy Design”, etc., should be launched in time… The sound era of semi-trailer is officially opened. In the same year, the R&D center was established, which made the car more emboldened and the whole company entered the fast lane of development.            However, in 2013, when the special-purpose vehicle industry was rectified, the slamming trailers had to leave the base camp under various pressures – Shandong Mengyin, and the development of the enterprise was blocked. However, under the leadership of Luo Xiang, the helm, the slamming trailer still did not give up technology research and development.

4 Build an automated production line centered on the customer experience

In the past two years, the slamming trailer finally returned to the Mengyin General Factory at the end of 2015. Expanding the plant and building an automated production line has become the first major event for the company.
“The first standardized robot production line” “The first electrophoretic coating line”, after the return of the trailer, successively created multiple firsts. According to Luo Xiang, the company spent 80 million yuan to build the only standard production line that can produce a full range of semi-trailers for warehouse trucks and skeleton vehicles, and increase the annual production capacity to 32,000. At present, in addition to the main aluminum semi-trailer, the slab-type light semi-trailer, the warehouse-type transport semi-trailer and the skeleton car, the slamming trailer is already in the process of building a production line for refrigerated van trailers. The products are expected to go online in the second half of 2018. “Be the first to do more and then do more”, the product line will be more abundant, and provide users with more cost-effective products.
